I approached "Spacious Homes" to construct the home, and it was amazing to be associated with them, starting from designing to key handover they took all the responsibility.

1. Initially we signed our contract and we got the best competitive rates, when compared to other construction company this was the best quote we got.

2. Heena Fathima designed our building which matched our Thoughts/Likes, As we wanted it.

3. Next step was they assigned site engineer it was Azmath Baig and Divijith Gowda. Azmath Baig - He is a gem person especially with respect to construction he knows in and out how to execute the project, He explained us the overall picture with all the options for each work and he used to call me whenever required and he was always available when we wanted site visit to clarify our doubts. Divivjith Gowda - He joined this project at a later stage even he was prompt guy and very punctual w.r.t timing.Both are very professional when it comes to work.

4. They have a good team of Maison's, Electrician, Plumbers, Tiles laying team, welders and so on... All these teams are professional with their work.

5. Good quality of cement/m-sand/jelly and reputed concrete was used for all floors. Wooden teak/sal vascal were used with good quality of shutters. Windows quality is also very good. Wiring and switch were of standard quality. Tiles/Granite are of good quality.

6. Yasser Hussain is the key person he use to visit site whenever it was required or on request, He is very strict when it comes to work, anything asked was carried out without any hassle, He is very transparent guy. And finally, our G+3 was completed within 11 months overall a good experience in constructing our house, The best part was they shared WhatsApp images on work completion on daily basis which makes us tension free even if we don't monitor it going to site every day.
