Architects description: Project siri was conceived for a client with a minimal approach to the idea of a home. With warm tones on the facade and a lot of light flooding into the home he visualised a place where he could spend quality time with the family.
The duplex was planned with living, dining, kitchen with two bedrooms on the lower level, with a home office , family room be on upper level along side a large covered terrace which took care of more space needed to socialise with the family.
The facade was treated in a neutral palette with travertine stone, fluted wpc cladding with a warm tone for the main body to compliment. Also to add a little drama a little texture was added to a panel in a warm grey tone.

Project Amansara: A contemporary duplex (3BHK) designed using Soft Modernism principles, optimized for spatial connectivity, clear functional zoning, and extensive entertaining.

Exterior Aesthetic: Defined by curvilinear forms and material stratification: white plaster, warm wooden slats/louvers (canopy), and a central wall clad in Travertine tile.

Ground Floor Program: Features a compact studio unit and ample covered parking integrated beneath the first-floor projection. First Floor Program (Main Living): This floor houses the primary shared and private spaces:

Communal Zone: Integrated living, dining, and kitchen areas.

Private Zone: Two bedrooms.

Spatial Connectivity (Duplex Core): The entire home is vertically linked by a double-height void/cutout that ensures openness and visual connection between the floors.

Terrace Floor (Upper Level) Program: A multi-functional zone dedicated to work and entertainment, including a:

Large Covered Terrace: The primary area for guest entertaining.

Home Office: Dedicated workspace.

Family Room: Additional communal/recreational space.
